These can be used for relieving perineal pain, haemorrhoids and C-section incisions. The cool thing is that once you’re all healed, they can be used as heat/cold packs on any other parts of your body! 

 

Instructions: Freeze for cold therapy or warm up as per instructions on the box and you're good to go!

Top Tip: Heat therapy can be used for pain relief during labour – particularly in the early stages. Have our gel pads on hand for when you go into labour to help with pain management!

Cold therapy - Place the gel pads in the freezer for at least an hour.

Heat Therapy - Place in the microwave and heat for 15seconds and check temperature. Continue to heat in 5 second increments until desired temperature

This is the 3rd postpartum kit I have bought from Maia Mum. I 1st bought 1 for myself and it was amazing to have postpartum it help immensely with my recovery and I vowed I would get this as a gift for any of my friends and family getting ready for their bubs and recovery afterwards. The most recent 1 bought is yet to use but I had amazing feedback from my friend who used it after her bubs. I will continue to get this as a gift for expecting mum's in my circle 🥰

Great product

I bought these for postpartum and haven't used them yet as I'm only due in a couple of months. They look like good quality, and I like that they have a little sleeve you can put them in so you can easily wash the sleeve/ pouch between wears.
